In Manage Contacts area:
1. Click "Add New Contact List" button, name and click "Save" button.
2. Once created new contact list will show up in contact list library.
3. Click on the contact list name or "Manage Contacts" link next to contact list name.
4. Click on "Import from CSV file" button at bottom. CSV means Comma Seperated Value, the most common import/export contact list.
5. Locate your CSV file for importing.
6. If your incoming CSV file has a title header, leave "My file has column names in the top row" checked. If not, uncheck.
7. Map your fields and click the "finish" button.
